Have stayed here many times and never had a less than excellent experience. On this occasion I was returning from a pretty rough ten days in the countryside and the Amari was like an oasis in the desert. Hotel is impeccably maintained and staff are both numerous and very helpful. Breakfast was pretty good too. Beds are the best in Thailand. We’ll be back on our next Thailand trip.

The key benefit of this hotel is its location opposite Don Mueng airport. The hotel is connected to the airport via an elevated walkway between the hotel and the airport. I had an early morning flight the next day and as I walked along the elevated walkway and looked down at the enormous traffic below at 5am in the morning, I was glad I booked this hotel. The hotel even provided a wake-up call service to assist you in waking up early to catch an early morning plane. There must have been good soundproofing as the hotel is near an airport as well as multiple train lines and highways, but I never heard any loud noises at night. The staff were responsive to customer needs eg I had a blocked sink, but the staff fixed it quickly once it was pointed out to them. Also I requested an extra bed via the Booking.com app and it was provided.

Really comfortable bed and pillows, ideal after a flight. 7/11 is a 3 minute walk. Airport is literally across an internal bridge. We chose a balcony room which was great. Little row of food market stalls and shake stall opposite. Really nice staff, please tip the cleaners as they are so lovely and work so hard. Requested extra towels which were delivered in 2 minutes. Great facilities, nice bath and shower and had shampoo and conditioner as well as body wash, nail file, tooth brush and paste and even a razor! Nice pool. Quiet at night.

I liked everything. The location was perfect for an Airport stopover at Don Muaeng with in internal walkway directly to the airport. The staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful. I treated myself to a room with a balcony overlooking the pool and I was not disappointed. It was probably one of the nicest hotel rooms I have stayed in, representing great value for money. The restaurant is good, I recommend the green Thai curry. There are also lots of great street food stalls in the street outside and a small market nearby.

The pillow, and bed is great. Comfortable. Toilet is clean. Location for getting early flight is the best.

Had everything we needed except the usual coffee machine. Very VERY comfortable beds. Lovely room. Excellent bathroom. Staff are lovely. Fantastic location for the airport and the bridge to it is so helpful. The staff are always wonderful. Loads of shops and places to it 5 minutes walk away. Constant supply of bottled water.

The rooms were large and clean and the staff was always pleasant. The free breakfast provided a large assortment of decent fare but the dining room filled up quickly so being early was key. The only gripe was the area around the hotel didn't have enough interesting places close by like shopping or restaurants and travelling by car was not an option since Bangkok traffic is awful!!! But the restaurant / bar on the first floor had delicious food so we were fine with dining there for a day or two.

Super comfortable, spacious and very quiet rooms. Multiple big mirrors, spacious wardrobe, comfy robes. The building is generally very well insulated from the outside sounds, you wouldn't even know that you are near a busy street or an airport. Very comfy bed, very good super hot shower. Extremely convenient if you are flying from or to Don Muang airport, as you can access the hotel directly from the airport through a bridge. Breakfast selection HUGE. Staff mostly very nice. Really recommend.
